'Our Celebratory Conference programme recognises all students who consistently display our SMILE expectations: you have to be 'In it, to win it!' As a school community we also recognise academic excellence and endeavour through the presentation of subject trophies. Phrases and words such as 'impeccable', 'knowledgeable', 'eager, 'kind and considerate' describe our worthy winners and those also mentioned in the conference. Finally, well done to all our students found on our Recognition Walls for Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum status - good habits are the foundations of all success'.

Bronze Award Celebration

A celebration conference took place this morning for our Year 8 students who have received their Bronze Award.  What a great way to start a morning with pastries and a hot chocolate. Well done to all.

Our way of using rewards sits on a continuum from simple non-verbal communication cues
to the formal acknowledgement of achievement through celebratory events.

Our Year 9 and 10 students were lucky to attend the Dorset Festival of Careers and Industry at the Kingston Maurward College today.  It was extremely well presented by Universities, Apprenticeships, Employers, Trainers and Top Industries.
